Standard KBK systems ship in 15–25 working days after drawing confirmation. Large OEM orders and non-standard spans are quoted case by case, and the exact lead time is always confirmed in writing before production starts.
Yes. We have a professional installation team that travels worldwide, and we install and commission cranes in more than 30 countries. If you prefer to use a local crew, we supply complete drawings, a video guide and remote support so your team can install the system step by step.
Every Kewei crane carries a 12-month warranty from commissioning. It covers manufacturing defects in rails, hoists, trolleys and control components. Wear parts and consumables are excluded, but they are always available from our stock and are supplied at a clear, fixed price.
For most KBK systems we recommend keeping a set of wheels, one brake, a hoist chain or wire rope, a control pendant and spare fuses — a small investment that eliminates most unplanned downtime. A tailored recommended-parts list is supplied with every crane we deliver.
Absolutely. OEM and ODM orders of various specifications and models are always welcome. Send us your drawings, samples or target specifications and we will confirm feasibility, price and lead time — and protect your design and brand throughout the project.
